What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible
This site is run by ASO Hype, based in Zagreb, Croatia. For anything in this policy, write to info@asohype.com and we will answer within one working day.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, the store link you send, and whatever you write in the message. We need these to answer you. Nothing more is required.
When you book a call. Booking runs through Cal.com. They receive your name, email and chosen time, and pass them to us. Their own privacy policy applies to what happens on their side.
When you use the listing check. The App Store link you paste is sent to our server only so that it can read the public App Store page of that app. The result is kept for a few hours so the same app is not fetched twice, and a hashed form of your IP address is kept for up to an hour to limit abuse. We store nothing else about you.
When you simply visit. Standard traffic data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are shortened before storage. We cannot identify you from any of it.
What we do not collect. No newsletter list, no advertising pixels, no profiling, no selling anything to anyone. Ever.
Why we are allowed to
For the contact form and bookings, because you asked us to get in touch and we cannot answer without your address. That is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and consent where you gave it.
For analytics, because you accepted it in the cookie notice. Decline it and nothing is measured.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work: twelve months, then deleted. Client correspondence: as long as required by Croatian accounting law, which is currently eleven years for anything tied to an invoice. Analytics: fourteen months, then automatically discarded.
Who else sees it
Only companies whose tools this site runs on, and only what they need: the hosting provider, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Cal.com, and the email provider that delivers form submissions. None of them receive your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies only load if you accept them. You can clear or block all of them in your browser at any time, and the site will still work.
What you can ask for
A copy of everything we hold about you. A correction. Deletion. A restriction on how it is used. To withdraw consent. To object entirely. Write to info@asohype.com and we will act within thirty days, usually the same week.
If you think we have handled something badly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, AZOP, at azop.hr.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing is edited quietly.
