Who we are

Effective date: 6 October 2026.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ASO Hype website and our App Store Optimization (ASO) and Apple Search Ads services. ASO Hype is based in Zagreb, Croatia. By using the site or the services you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not proceed.

Services

We work on App Store Optimization and Apple Search Ads for apps on the App Store and Google Play. What each package includes is described on the pricing page. Anything outside a package is agreed with you in writing before we start.

The free audit is a one-off review of a store listing you send us, delivered within two working days. It stays with you whether or not we work together.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and the access the work needs (usually read access to App Store Connect and Search Ads), to use the site and the services lawfully, and not to interfere with how the website works.

Payment and fees

Packages and prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT. The Startup package is paid once. The other packages are paid monthly.

Your advertising budget goes straight to Apple through your own account. It never passes through us and we never add a margin to it.

If you are not satisfied with a monthly package, you can ask for a refund of your latest monthly payment within 30 days of paying it. One-off work, such as the Startup package, is not refundable once it has been delivered.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly package at any time, with no notice period, by writing to info@asohype.com. The month already paid is completed and nothing further is charged. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise the work, the deadline and full visibility into what was changed. We do not guarantee rankings, download numbers or revenue, because the algorithms belong to Apple and Google and many other factors are outside our control.

Ownership

What we produce for you stays yours: keyword files, creatives, campaign structure and reports. If we stop working together, nothing is held back. The website content, designs and guides are owned by ASO Hype and may not be copied without our permission.

Collaborators and third-party services

We may work with trusted external partners, such as designers and copywriters. We stay responsible for the work. Some services, such as Apple Search Ads, run on third-party platforms and their own terms apply to you there. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zagreb.

Changes and contact
